By using our website you are aware that you are purchasing only option of sending an eCard and you do not have any rights to the eCard and its content (picture, text, music, graphics).

No part of the Green Greener World Site and it’s content may be modified, reproduced, republished, copied, publicly displayed, uploaded, posted, encoded, translated, transmitted or incorporated in any way to any other computer, server, Web site or other medium for publication, distribution or for any commercial use without express written permission from Green Greener World.
Using of any Green Greener World trademarks as meta-tags for search engines is strictly prohibited.

Members
To register as a member of Green Greener World or purchase our services you must be 18 years old or be lawfully permitted. You agree that the information you provide to us upon registration and at the time of purchase is true and accurate.

Use Policy
Green Greener World Site is strictly designed for sending messages in a lawful and appropriate manner. Green Greener World doesn’t monitor the content of personal messages but reserves the right to investigate should events of misuse will occur.

Sending obscene, harassing, threatening messages is strictly prohibited on Green Greener World Site. Any unlawful, criminal activity (i.e. attempting to steal passwords or any other information, attempting to hide or misrepresent the identity of the sender etc.) is prohibited on The Site.

Sending an e-Card
By using Green Greener World’s service you agree that we collect your e-mail address and your recipient’s e-mail address. You may send one eCard with the same personal message up to five recipients.

Newsletter
Green Greener World reserves the right to send our exclusive newsletter to members of our Site as well as recipients of our eCards. Should you have other preferences you have a right to “Opt-Out” or “Unsubscribe” from future mailings.

Deleting Your Account
If you would like us to delete your record in our system, please contact us and we will attempt to accommodate your request if we do not have any legal obligation to retain the record. You can contact us via email at account@GreenGreenerWorld.com

Spam
You may not use any automated program or script to automate the process of sending or viewing any of Green Greener World’s content. Sending our eCards to mailing lists to which you do not have full rights is strictly prohibited. Green Greener World reserves the right to limit, in its sole discretion and without prior notice to you, the number of cards and messages that you may send using The Site.

International Users
Users who choose to use The Site from other locations than United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with their local laws.

Termination
